How to Setup the Gateway

Steps to initiate the gateway setup

In Service Fusion application, go to: 

  • My Office > API Credentials > Get new Client Secret
    (if you already have a Client ID and Client Secret you don't need to generate a new Client Secret)
    Copy and paste the API key into the field above Submit button.
  • Job Categories > Add New - add a new value of Dispatchme (exact spelling)
  • Referral Sources > Add New - add a new value of Dispatchme (exact spelling)
  • Estimate & Job Statuses - verify that you have an Offered status. If not, create a new one
